» The Principle of Ayurveda

The principle of Ayurveda is to rid the body of the accumulation of harmful toxins through the technique of Ayurvedic body massage. We live in a world where we ingest quantities of harmful toxins each day through breathing, eating and exposure to the environment including the Sun. These toxins place an undue level of stress on our organs that are designed to excrete the toxins.

Our organs such as the kidney, liver, lungs, stomach, intestines, and bladder become overworked and less and less effective in the function of excretion. Over time, these organs are severely taxed, while the largest excretory organ of all, the skin, becomes less effective because our lifestyles are too sedentary. We simply do not perspire enough.
